My Professionals is not meeting my expectations - what should I do?

All service on UrbanCare is either independent contractors or sole traders. We encourage as much communication between professionals and their customers as possible, as often having a simple chat about an issue can lead to a resolution. 

However, if this is not successful, please don't hesitate to contact us within 24 hours with photos of the areas you are unhappy with. Issues received outside the 24 hour period cannot be addressed.

We will then address this with professionals on your behalf and advise you of a resolution. We take customer complaints seriously so please contact us if something is not to your satisfaction and we’ll work to make it right.
